Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Create an account, start the trial and you have 30 days with everything switched on. When it ends it just ends; there is nothing to cancel.
How are the plans different?
By how many people they cover and by what they include, such as quoting, invoicing and accounting. Each plan lists both, and you see the price in the app and on the web before you pay anything.
Where do I pay?
On the web, or in the app on iPhone through the App Store. It is one subscription for the whole account either way, so pay in one place and it works in both.
Do my team need their own subscription?
No. They come under yours. Add them to your account and they sign in on their own phones.
Can I use it just on the phone?
Yes. Everything works on the phone. The web version is there for the week's planning on a bigger screen if you want it, at no extra cost.
