Is the quoting software free?
Yes, during early access: every feature, quoting included, with no card. After that, quoting comes with the plans that list it on the pricing page.
Can I quote by voice?
Yes. Say the work, the parts and the price, and the assistant writes the quote with VAT on each line. It needs signal to understand you, and it never sends the quote for you.
How do I send a quote?
From the phone app, as a PDF with your logo on it. Pick the layout you like once and every quote goes out looking the same.
What happens when they say yes?
Mark the quote accepted and turn it into the job with one tap. The lines come across, and when the work is done the same figures become the invoice.
Can I quote companies and contractors as well as homeowners?
Yes. A customer can be a company or a person, with a VAT number where there is one and as many addresses as they need, which suits landlords and letting agents.
