Why it exists
Ask anyone who runs a trade business when the paperwork gets done and you'll hear the same answer: at night, once the work is finished. Quotes typed up from notes on the back of a receipt, invoices that go out a week late, hours that never quite get written down.
Toolbelt AI puts the paperwork where the work is. Price the job on the doorstep, book it in when they say yes, log the hours as they happen and send the invoice the day it's done. And because your hands are usually full, you can just tell it.
What we hold ourselves to
A few things the product is built around, and won't give up:
- Nothing goes to a customer until you send it. The assistant does the paperwork. What goes out is your call.
- It works where you work. The phone app carries on without signal and catches up when it's back.
- You can check what the assistant did. Everything it changes comes with a link to the record, so nothing happens out of sight.
- The price is on the screen before you pay. No call with a salesperson to find out what it costs.
